a software company, in New York. I am also a former Car Inspector
at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, MTA, New York City Transit,
NYCT. I am also a student at New York City College of Technology, CUNY,
pursuing a BSc degree and majoring in Professional Technical Writing,
PTW. I am the elected Board Secretary at the Society For Technical
Communication, STC, New York Metro Chapter.
